Terms and conditions
A) Pitch / Campsite
After receipt of the reservation confirmation, the deposit is payable until the given date. The reservation only comes into effect if the full deposit has been received by us. The deposit becomes due immediately when booking online.
The reserved pitch is made available to you from 12:00 o’clock on the day of arrival. On your day of departure, we ask you to clear your pitch by 11:00 am. Please observe our midday quiet hours from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Our gate closes at 10:00 pm and opens at 7:00 am. A harbour for mobile homes in front of the gate is available if you arrive at night. We are eager to provide you with the pitch you have actually reserved. However, under particular circumstances, we reserve the right to make a rebooking.
c. Cancellations / Early departures
Should you not be able to go on holiday, please inform us about your cancellation in written form. We refund your deposit as follows:
30 days prior to arrival = 100% of the deposit
7 days prior to arrival = 50% of the deposit
Should you have to end your stay with us prematurely, we do not charge any fees. However, we do not refund the differential amount if the deposit exceeds the due invoiced amount.
d. Use of the pitch / campsite
On a pitch / campsite, you may either park a caravan, a motorhome or set up a tent. Your car must be parked on the rented plot as well, not on the visitor’s parking lot in front of the gate. Please make sure to keep a safety distance of 3 m to your neighbours.
B) Rental Caravans
After receipt of the reservation confirmation, the deposit is payable until the given date. The reservation only comes into effect if the full deposit has been received by us. The deposit becomes due immediately when booking online. The rental charge less the deposit is due upon arrival.
b. Arrival / Departure
The reserved rental caravans are prepared for you by 3:00 pm on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we ask you to clear up your caravan by 10:00 am. Please observe our midday quiet hours from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Our gate closes at 10:00 pm and opens at 7:00 am. We are eager to provide you with the caravan you have actually reserved. However, under particular circumstances, we reserve the right to make a rebooking.
Should you not be able to go on holiday, please inform us about your cancellation in written form. We refund your deposit as follows:
60 days prior to arrival = 100% of the deposit
30 days prior to arrival = 50% of the deposit
7 days prior to arrival = 25% of the deposit
In case you have to end your stay with us prematurely, please be informed that the rental charge for the unused days cannot be refunded.
The renter is obliged to treat the rental property carefully. Damages caused must be replaced or refunded by the renter.
The renter is obliged to carry out the final cleaning by themselves. If the caravan / the awning is dirty or if the cartridge toilet is not emptied, we charge a final cleaning fee of EUR 50.00.
