Lübeck – World heritage and gateway to the Baltic Sea

A trip to the beautiful Hanseatic city

Holstentor Lübeck

A city trip that is always worth it: Lübeck is unique and wonderful. Hence, the enclosed cityscape was declared as world heritage site by the UNESCO in 1987. The old town with its approximately 1,800 landmarked buildings, historic alleys and crooked lanes is not only beautiful to look at, but also the centre of a vibrant big city with roughly 214,000 inhabitants.

Lübeck is also called the “Northern Capital of Culture” and will surely not fail to fascinate you.
