Water Sports and Beaches
The lake shore with sandy beaches and the clear swimming water offers a number of opportunities to every family member:

Our new beach showers have been well-received by our guests.
Sailing, wind surfing, canoe trips, paddling, rowing; something for every taste. We hope for a lot of wind and tight sails for the sailors.
There are extensive touring opportunities to Plön, Malente, Eutin, along the Schwentine, even to Kiel, for people taking canoes and paddling.
And anyone who doesn't have their own water sports equipment can rent a rowboat or paddle boat in the boat rental store on site. Sailboats and surfboards are rented out in Plön and Eutin.
The Vierer Lake is an ideal territory for fishermen. The old brood lake of the Holstein lake district is a normal inland lake today, well stocked with fish. Quiet bays and steep shore areas provide good opportunities for great fishing. Fishing can be done in six lakes for pike, perch, roach, bream, redeye, eels, pollan, tench and whitefish.
Fishing permits are available at our reception area when an annual fishing permit is presented. The fishing permits are issued by us for the fisheries supervisor.
