General Terms and Conditions of Business
Information on reservations:
The deposit in the amount of 50,--/75,-- Euro will be credited in its full amount. If you pay by check or in cash, we will need your sender identification and address information with the same letter so that we can correctly allocate the payment.
After the receipt of your information and the deposit, you will receive a written confirmation of the reservation from us. The reservation will only be valid at that point.
The parking spaces are divided up into lots and have a size of 90 square meters or more. No claim exists to a certain location of the parking space within the camping park. We will gladly make an effort to accommodate your wishes to the extent possible.
If you cannot go on your vacation, please notify us of your cancellation in writing. We will then refund the deposit amount as follows:
With a cancellation longer than 30 days before the start of the vacation = 100% of the deposit amount
With a cancellation longer than 7 days before the start of the vacation = 50% of the deposit amount
We will make the parking space that was booked in advance available to you on the day of arrival, after 12:00 p.m. We ask that you depart by 11:00 a.m. on the day that you leave. Please observe our afternoon rest time from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Our gate closes in the evening around 10:00 p.m. and opens around 7:00 a.m. A camper port in front of the gate is available when there is a nighttime arrival.
The prices will follow the current version of the price list. We will offer you our plus parking spaces (110 square meters - 120 square meters) with direct electrical, water, sewage and TV hook-ups at a surcharge of 2,50 Euro / day
On booking a savings package, the following applies:
All savings tariffs shown above include a pitch and the individual charges for the number of persons shown; electricity is extra. Electricity (2,10 Euro per day) and a second tent, as well as any additional occupancy will be charged in accordance with our actual camping price list. Additional weeks are charged at the same rate as the first week. Should you wish to bring a dog with you as part of the package deal, this is possible by pre-arrangement with us. The offers shown above are only valid after making a reservation and payment no later than the day of arrival. Refund cannot be given. The offers are not valid for groups. Further reductions (DDC, CCI, ADAC) to the package prices are not possible. The offers are only available for a limited capacity.
When booking a rental caravan, the following additional conditions apply: If you wish to reserve a rental caravan, please complete and sign the application form and send it back to us with a deposit of 75,00 Euro within 8 days. Please check availability beforehand by telephone call or e-mail. We will send you confirmation by return
